To this end, we prioritize certifying as many of our workers as possible through OSHA programs, fostering a culture of safety that extends throughout our entire organization.

Meet Our Safety & Quality Director
Colter Cunningham
With over 11 years of experience in the safety industry, Colter Cunningham has become an invaluable leader at RBD. Since joining our team five years ago, he has played a pivotal role in shaping our company’s unwavering commitment to both safety and quality. As Safety & Quality Director, Colter ensures that every project upholds the highest standards of protection, precision, and excellence.
Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, a BCSP-accredited program, Colter has been instrumental in designing and implementing our systemic safety and quality programs from the ground up. His leadership has set the foundation for RBD’s culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that every project is completed with the utmost care and compliance.
Under Colter’s guidance, RBD has received numerous industry safety awards, including recognition from the American Subcontractors Association, Associated Builders & Contractors of Arkansas, and the American Institute of Steel Construction. His expertise extends beyond safety—he also oversees quality control processes, ensuring that all fabricated components and structural systems meet or exceed industry standards.
Colter holds multiple certifications, including the Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification, OSHA 510, OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications, and is a trained Genie Equipment Trainer and Red Cross First Aid Trainer. His dual role as Safety & Quality Director reinforces RBD’s promise: to deliver excellence through a steadfast commitment to both safety and quality in every project we undertake.
